Oschadbank is the public joint-stock Company also known as “The State Savings Bank of Ukraine”, which employs 35 thousand people. JSC “Oschadbank’ is one of the largest financial institutions in Ukraine and has over 6 thousand offices.

“Buduy svoe” is the support program for businesses which has been established by Oschadbank.

The Challenge

To communicate with the audience and maintain a high level of engagement, Oschadbank was looking for a solution for email marketing that could help send automated emails to different users who matched a specific trigger, automate their email campaign by sending relevant business content every week, and send different one-time promo email campaigns to different databases.

The Solution

The Newzmate team helped Oschadbank to create a comprehensive email marketing strategy for the programm “Buduy svoe”. Newzmate proposed a flexible way to send automated email campaigns that are based by different triggers to the users, which means the client wouldn’t need to manage the sending process of emails every time. Also, a lot of one-time email campaigns are created that are sent to different databases based on specific events and dates.
